How do you check your distributors work ?

Whenever our distributors start their round they must call head office to inform us of their starting point, this allows our route checkers to monitor their performance. They must also call us once they have finished for the day.

We also have homeowners in random roads that we can call on to check if their leaflets are delivered in pristine condition.  Furthermore our adult distributors are fully trained as to the correct way to place the leaflets through the letterbox and onto the doormat ensuring maximum visual impact and response.

Am I provided with any information to enable me to do my own checks ?

On a weekly basis we provide you with a report showing every road leafleted including the start and end house of both sides of the road. We welcome our clients to do their own checks upon receipt of our reports.

How is the material distributed ?

All our leaflets are carefully delivered by responsible, uniformed and fully monitored adults. The teams are fully supervised at all times and work from highlighted maps of the area they are to be delivered to.

What makes us different from most leaflet distribution companies ?

We provide you with a full report showing you a summary of every house number leafleted, this will give you a general idea of how many leaflets have been distributed, the majority of leaflet companies nowdays just provide a highlighted map of the area leafleted. We believe that our method is the most trusted in the industry.

How long in advance do I need to book ?

We usually work on a 7 day start time from receipt of leaflets, if you need your leaflets to go out urgently please call and we may be able to slot your leaflets in with our current jobs.

How long will distribution take ?

Depending on quantity we normally work to 1 week delivery slots. When you call to book we discuss the timing for your particular job.

Do I need to deliver to you ?

We offer a free collection and storage, this is particularly helpful if you want to do staggered drops, i.e 5,000 per month, we can collect and hold on to your complete consignment and deliver as an when you require.

What response can I expect from a leaflet drop ?

Successful response to a leaflet depends on various factors such as the ‘effectiveness of the leaflet itself’, seasonal influences, the type of product or service you are marketing, whether your leaflet has been delivered on a solus leaflet distribution or shared leaflet distribution basis, the size of the market that you are trying to cater for, etc, so there are no ‘typical’ response rates.

However, research by the Direct Marketing Association shows that:

62-71% of consumers find door drops useful.
48% have visited a store, bought a product or sent for information as a result of a door drop
79% keep, pass on, read or glance at door drops

If I have not got leaflets do you offer a print and distribute package ?

We offer a very high quality printing service on 130GSM, 170GSM and 300GSM gloss card. We also offer a full design service to help get your leaflets noticed.
